|Concert with The Mark Trammell Quartet - SEATING RESERVATIONS REQUIRED|
Saturday Night, August 15th @ 6pm
We're excited to be planning a concert on Saturday Night, August 15th @ 6pm with The Mark Trammell Quartet! Mark Trammell has been in Southern Gospel Music for over 40 years. He has previously been with groups such as The Kingsmen, Greater Vision, Gold City, and The Cathedrals. Some of The Mark Trammell Quartet's songs include "Your Walk Talks", "I Want To Know", "Treasures In Heaven", "Go Ask Moses", "God Has Provided Himself A Lamb", and many others! Due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation, this concert will be a little bit different than past concerts. We will require RESERVED SEATING in order to attend this concert. There will not be an admission charge; a love offering will be received. However, you must reserve your seats ahead of time if you plan to attend. Upon arrival, each party of people will be seated in a designated set of chairs that will be socially distanced from other parties of people in our Family Life Center. You can reserve your seats by calling: (931) 582-6884. Seating is limited, but once we reach socially-distanced capacity, you can be placed on a waiting list, if you would like, in case someone cancels their reservation. Here are a few details to know about the concert:
1) We ask everyone in attendance to remember to practice social/physical distancing, and we suggest that there not be any hand shaking or hugging at this time.
2) Masks will not be mandatory; but are ENCOURAGED for while you're visiting with other people.
3) We'll have hand sanitizer in multiple places throughout the building.
4) If you are sick, feel sick, have had a fever within the last 48 hours before the concert, or have been exposed to someone with COVID-like sypmtoms, please do not come to the concert, in the interest of everyone's health & safety.

|"Anchored" Ladies Conference - SEATING RESERVATIONS REQUIRED|
Saturday, August 29th from 10am to 3pm
We are excited to be having a Ladies Conference happening on Saturday, August 29th from 10am to 3pm! The theme will be: "Anchored". This conference will include times of worship, study, fun, learning, food, fellowship, and more! Sis. Lea Anna Curtis will be speaking & there will also be videos of Lysa TerKeurst, Amy Hilliker, Aaron Wilburn, and Kay Warren. They've also asked Bro. Nathan Curtis to be one of the speakers that day as well. This event will take place in our Family Life Center with socially-distanced RESERVED SEATING. There will not be an admission charge; however, you must reserve your seats ahead of time if you plan to attend. Upon arrival, each party of people will be directed to a designated set of chairs with tables that will be socially distanced from other parties of people. Masks are not mandatory; but are encouraged while visiting with other people. Right now, seating reservations are only open to OBA Attendees. Then, the reservations will open to the public on Monday, August 17th if we still have enough seats available. Once we reach socially-distanced capacity, people can be placed on a waiting list in case someone cancels their reservation. |29th Anniversary Homecoming Weekend!|
Friday Night, September 25th & Sunday, September 27th
We're excited to be celebrating 29 years as a church here in McEwen, and this year we're going to make a weekend out of it! We'll kick things off on Friday Night, September 25th @ 7pm with a special concert with The Whisnants! The Whisnants are known for their many great songs like "New Day Dawning", "King Jesus Is Coming", "He's Never Moved", "Faithful", "All Is Well", and many others! Their smooth harmonies, great songs, and sweet spirit are always a blessing! This concert will be Free Admission; a love offering will be received. We won't have anything on Saturday to get prepared for the next day. Then, Sunday, September 27th will bring another day of celebration! There won't be any Sunday School on this day. Our Homecoming Worship Service will begin @ 11am. This will be a special time together as we reflect on God's blessings over these past 29 years! The service will feature a selection from the OBA Choir, then Pastor Kent Curtis will be bringing the Homecoming Message. After the service, we'll cap off the celebration with dinner & fellowship in our Family Life Center. There will be no 6pm service on this day. So come and join us and invite someone to come with you to OBA for our 29th Anniversary Homecoming Weekend!

Thursday Night, December 31st @ 8pm
We invite you to join us for our New Year's Eve Singspiration Celebration Concert on Thursday Night, December 31st @ 8pm featuring the Open Bible Assembly Choir! It'll be a night of worship, inspiration, and praise as we lift up the Name of Jesus through music! You'll experience a new line up of familiar songs & newer songs through congregational singing, soloists, special music, and more. When God's people get together, there's always something special about fellowship & harmony around a Gospel song, and we can't wait to see what God has in store for this night of music! So come join us & ring in 2021 at the New Year's Eve Singspiration Celebration!

We're looking forward to hosting a concert on Saturday Night, March 20th, 2021 @ 6pm with The Mylon Hayes Family! This great group is known for their family harmony, convention style music, and great Southern Gospel songs. You might recognize some of their songs such as "One More Opportunity", "I Choose To Stand", "Rock Of Ages, Keep My Soul", and two of their more recent radio singles "Resurrection Power" & "Joy On The Journey". Mylon, Wendy, Conner, Bailey, and Kennedy are sure to be a blessing as they bring us an evening of Southern Gospel Music as The Mylon Hayes Family! Free admission; a love offering will be received.
